| Selections/Queries |
> Make all of your selections before mapping for faster results
> Do all of your grouping and sorting from the Selection tab for quicker results on the Summary and Details tabs
> Use the percent sign (%) to perform wildcard searches. (i.e. %smith% in the Field box for "smith" in the field name)

> On a map or graph hold the shift key and draw a box around in area to zoom in
> Use the Add/Edit Custom Layer button in the map attributes to add your own map layers
